# Chapter 12: Technical Architecture

### 12.1 Hybrid Architecture

Verogram uses a **hybrid architecture** combining on-chain and off-chain components:

* **On-Chain:** Token contract, campaign vault, reward distribution, staking contract
* **Off-Chain:** Task engine, verification engine, anti-fraud system, user management, campaign management

This approach balances decentralization with the performance requirements of a real-time task platform.

### 12.2 Blockchain Layer (Solana)

* VRG token is deployed as an SPL token on Solana
* Campaign budgets are locked in on-chain vault contracts
* Reward distribution is executed on-chain for transparency
* Staking contracts manage lock, unlock, and reward distribution on-chain

### 12.3 Off-Chain Layer

* Task engine handles real-time task allocation and management
* Verification engine connects to social platform APIs and data services
* Anti-fraud system runs behavioral analysis and risk scoring
* All off-chain actions are logged and can be audited

### 12.4 Security Considerations

* Smart contracts undergo internal security testing
* Load testing is performed on the task system
* Wallet-based authentication eliminates password-related vulnerabilities
* Message signing ensures ownership verification
* Rate limiting and anomaly detection protect against abuse

### 12.5 Scalability

* Off-chain processing enables high throughput for task operations
* On-chain operations are limited to financial transactions (payments, rewards, staking)
* Solana’s high TPS supports the required transaction volume
* Modular architecture allows independent scaling of each component
