# Chapter 13: User Experience & Interface Design

### 13.1 Design Philosophy

Verogram’s UX is built on three principles:

1. **Simplicity for the User**
   * Simple, card-based, step-by-step interactions
   * Complex economic logic is hidden from the user’s view
2. **Invisible Control**
   * Security, anti-fraud, and restrictions are applied without creating cognitive friction

The UX goal is for the user to feel a sense of **progress**, not merely repetitive work.

### 13.2 Inspiration from Quest Platforms

Verogram draws inspiration from Quest platforms (such as Zealy) in the following areas:

* Card-based task structure
* Step-by-step progress display
* Completion feedback
* Rankings and badges

However, unlike traditional Quests:

* Rewards are real and financial
* Every task has an economic cost
* Design errors directly damage the economy

Therefore, gamification in Verogram is **controlled and purposeful**.

### 13.3 User Dashboard

The user dashboard includes the following sections:

* **Financial Status:**
  * Withdrawable balance
  * Balance under vesting
  * Staked tokens
* **Active Tasks:**
  * Available
  * Locked (requiring more staking)
  * Under review
* **User Tier:**
  * Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum
  * Benefits and income ceiling for each level

This dashboard is designed so the user knows exactly **what to do to earn more**.

### 13.4 Advertiser Dashboard

The advertiser dashboard includes:

* Campaign creation and management
* Automatic budget calculation
* Budget consumption status
* Number of completed tasks
* Success rate and engagement quality

The advertiser can at any moment:

* Pause a campaign
* Or update its settings

Without needing to blindly trust the platform.

### 13.5 Progression & Incentive System

To increase long-term participation:

* Tier upgrades through staking and performance
* Unlocking new capabilities at each level
* Performance badges (Accuracy, Consistency)
* Dynamic income ceiling based on history

This system ensures users:

* Have motivation to stay
* Invest for growth
* Exhibit sustainable behavior

### 13.6 Preventing User Fatigue

To prevent burnout:

* Variety in task types
* Daily task limit
* Prioritization of quality over quantity
* Special campaigns with higher rewards

Verogram pursues **sustainable engagement**, not rapid user consumption.
